About IATO
OBJECTIVES / MAIN ACTIVITIES IN SUPPORT OF OUR MISSION AND VISION
To provide standard agricultural training and capacity building, agricultural and livestock services, and improve food security and nutrition for rural communities.
To conduct research, studies, and surveys in the field of agriculture, and livestock, and develop evidence-based programs and interventions that are tailored to the needs of the communities we serve.

Executive Director
Mr. Farhad Wardak M.A. in Management of Development (MoD), majored in Rural Development and Communication from Van Hall Larenstien University of Applied Sciences- Wageningen the Netherlands 2011. Has over 15 years of progressive experience in education/training and agriculture.
Mohammad Masood Ibrahimkhail
Deputy Director
Mr. Ibrahimkhail has a Master’s Degree in Agriculture Production Chain Management (APCM) specialization in Horticulture Chain Management (HCM) from Van Hall Larenstien University of Applied Sciences- Wageningen the Netherlands 2011. Has over 20 years of progressive experience in education/training and agriculture.
Dr. Ahmad Jamshid Safi
Program Development Director
Mr. Safi is a Ph.D. in Management, majored in Strategic Management (2022), he completed his master’s degree in Economics from Eurasian National University (ENU), and coursework related to the master’s degree program at Dresden International University (DIU) in 2014. Has over 10 years of progressive experience in project management, education/training, and agriculture.
Aqa Mohammad Hotak
Operation Director
Mr. Hotak is a master of government management from the International University of Pyam Noor (2020), a master trainer in the fields of education and management, and a TESOL-certified from India (2018). Has over 15 years of progressive experience in project management, education/training, and agriculture.
